Graham Blackburn has been making and designing custom furniture, writing and illustrating books about it, and teaching woodworking for over forty years.

He was a contributing editor to Fine Woodworking, a regular contributor to Popular Woodworking, and the Editor of Woodwork as well as a featured speaker at the National Woodworking Shows.
